Greek Gyro Express on Redstone Arsenal

This place is not Greek Gyros, it's a different establishment on base and it's called something else. Went there three days ago around 2pm and I was the only customer. Ordered the Mixed Gyro and it was fairly good, very small portion of fries though. That and a coke was around $13.60 including tax. Meal was fine I guess but not a great value.

Food here is good. I think they can give local competitors a run for their money. The downside is there’s only one guy working there. He does the best he can, but service is slow. If you have time, food is worth the wait.

I asked for a Greek salad, add the chicken. Instead they brought me just a chicken salad. Portions are really small for the price, brought on a styrofoam plate, overall I’m not impressed. Perhaps gyros are better, but I’m sad to be disappointed

Was unable to visit this restaurant as the Google Maps directions led into Redstone Arsenal, a controlled military facility. Site guard was helpful in facilitating a prompt exit. Maps is in need of correction.

The food is great, but the guy really needs help. I know there is always a long wait so I called my food in. Was told 25 minutes, but when I get there he said it's not ready and he gave it away. This is very problematic for people on post because most people only have 30 minutes for lunch. This is probably my last time because of this.

I arrived at 11:25, recieved food at 11:45 all I ordered was grape stuff leaves & hummus. By the time I made it to the vehicle to leave I realized my hummus was not in the bag. He made me go to the end of the line to pay again when he messed up my order lunch ended at 12. I just left and threw the plate away what I order was ice cold.🤦

Great food but the poor guy needs to hire a cook. He won’t be able to sustain this long if he doesn’t hire a cook.

On the MILITARY BASE! Looks good but military police won't let you through.

Food is very good. Service is very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Greek Gyros Express was anything but express today. One person taking orders, THEN cooking the food, then delivering to tables. Room full of people waiting for food. Sorry, but you should inform people of the situation, not take their money and make them wait. One person got overlooked and had to ask for their food.

Ordered a beef and lamb gyro at 11:58 but didn't receive it until 12:56. It was decent food but the restaurant was too understaffed to operate. Several others requested a refund because they had important meetings and couldn't continue waiting.

Best Greek Food in Town. Been eating there since they were located off of University. Enjoy eating there on a regular basis.
