I relocated from Alabama to Jersey and now back in Alabama where I make sure I get by G’s as often as possible. I was extremely home sick missing this southern food. I searched all over and couldn’t find NO BODY like Gs in Jersey, Delaware or NYC.
A staple in Huntsville. Some of the best southern cooking we've had. We love it. From the food to the people to the service, fantastic.
Passing through Alabama, I stopped in here for my Filipino wife to experience real southern food. G's did not disappoint. Collard greens, Black Eyed Peas mashed potatoes, cornbread, fried green tomatoes, catfish fillet for my sweetie, side of fresh tomato, and onion. I could feel my body thanking me for the real food instead of processed junk. The gentleman checking on us and apologizing for the weight I believe was the owner.
