The lady at the counter taking orders is super friendly and has great customer service! She had the red braids in a ponytail, didn’t see a name. It’s so nice to get good customer service in this time we are in. The restaurant is also decorated for Valentine’s Day! So cute. I’ll be back to this location. Only problem they don’t accept app coupons and offers yet.
Excellent food and service!! I'm partial to Hardees Breakfast at this location.Excellent Biscuits and gravy as well as all other Breakfast items .The Bacon EEG and Cheese Biscuit is alway Good at this location.
I can't speak for anyone or anytime other than who made my food and who the lady was that worked the drive thru this morning of Mon July 7 at 8:10am.
The food is as good as you can get and the service was the same.
The lady doing drive thru interacting with people the way she does might not be a big deal to some people, but to me, she was a bright spot in an otherwise crappy morning. I hope her coworkers and employers appreciate her as much as they should.
