Sometimes I feel I receive different service than others when I visit this place because I’m brown. I really enjoy the food here but that’s without saying go where you’re welcomed. I wish people didn’t let things like skin tone make a difference in their/others lives but you can’t help that. The burgers are delicious too bad I couldn’t enjoy it.

My boys and I went here on Saturday about 20 min after opening and there was a 15 to 20 min wait but totally worth it!

I would give it 5 but the music is terrible and loud. The food is great but the music is obnoxious and led by someone on their own trip. Please let us enjoy the food without being attacked by this terrible vibe music.

My wife and I have been coming down to Jack Browns and enjoying your burger and fries for several years now. We always sit at the sidewalk patio and just enjoy the setting. This evening though was terrible. We sat at an outdoor table and the music (god awful noise actually) coming out of the speaker above us was some of the most foulest most profane lyrics you’ve ever heard. I went inside and politely ask some guy behind the bar if he could turn the music down, he just nodded. The music/noise was never turned down. A waiter brought our food out, again I complained about the profanity in the music, literally every other word was f@ck or motherf@cker, and other profanity. This kind of music played the entire time we were there and I couldn’t wait to leave. Almost left before the food came out. There was a mom with 3 kids under 8 years old I would guess sitting next to us subjected to this also. Again, we were just got blown off. I told my wife not to leave a tip but she left a tip anyway. But I promise you this, I ate my last meal at your place tonight. I didn’t enjoy it, and no matter how good the food is, if I don’t like the environment and how I’m treated, I don’t come back, and I’ll tell others don’t bother. If you want to listen to that garbage in your home or inside your car, or even in a club where you can expect to probably hear it, that’s ok. And I’m no prude and can cuss like a sailor when I’m around the guys. But on an open air sidewalk patio with families trying to enjoy their food and people passing by all subjected to this atrocious racket some call music, someone at Jack Browns failed to exhibit an ounce of sensibility about whether their choice of music might be offensive to paying customers who come for the food and not their music.

Good burger, but harsh atmosphere, few tables and a waiter who barely knew the difference between a beer and a coke. We went there for New Year’s Eve. Order a few tap beers that turned out to be totally flat and watery. We sent them back saying that something must be wrong with their beer taps, to which the waiter took the beers back but seemed to think we were just picky. He showed up again with two cans of beer that he thought we would like, calling them ”Belgian stouts”. I asked to see the can - it said ”Czech dark beer”. When I said it was a Czech beer he just laughed it off saying ”well it’s European anyway” — hardly inspiring confidence in his suggestions. I ordered something else from a can, not trusting their tap system nor my waiter’s judgement. Never got an explanation on what was wrong with their beer taps, nor an apology for the first beers coming out the way they did. The burgers were good, but the music was so loud you could barely hear yourself think and the place is so small that you have to be really lucky to get a table.

I had THE best burger 🍔 in Huntsville, Alabama 🇺🇸! Seriously, the staff were so friendly and helpful 😊. The burger was a *tad* small, but the flavor more than made up for it. Definitely check this place out if you're in Rocket City 🚀. #HuntsvilleFoodie #

I love this place. It's a bit cramped given their location downtown but they have excellent service and great food! Try it! You won't be disappointed!

Open late and excellent service.

The long dark blonde haired hostess on Friday evening 12/20/24 at 7 pm was the rudest person I have encountered in a hostess position as of late. She REALLY needs to develop some listening skills as well as some human skills overall. Besides that the food here is FABULOUS and everyone else we have encountered is lovely. But train this hostess before you lose customers, she is horrid.
