Jack's Family Restaurant

Perfect example of not all locations are the same. Previously had an awful experience with a Jack's location, and decided to give this tone a try. Astounded, honestly. Impressed. I've missed going to Jack's, and I'm glad that we gave this one a chance. Food was hot and perfect. Tasted amazing. Service was fast, and the employee that brought our food was friendly and nice. (we had a small wait on our food because we ordered a lot) Definitely will come back here sometime soon.

They run a tight ship in the mornings. They keep me fed and on time in the mornings

I went through the drive thru today on my break to grab breakfast. Not only was it the best one ive gotten. The service was AMAZING! Everybody i interacted with from the order taker to the window to the young lady that handed me my food. Everyone was wonderful and I appreciate that.

Punctuality is a foreign word to them. They can't get customer's orders in a decent or timely manner.

This was delivery so of course, atmosphere is graded on the curve ;^) I ordered a deli dinner with a delivery of some other things I had coming. They decided I just didn't need my dinner and cancelled it and left me with all the sides and things. That won't happen twice. I've been wanting me some Jacks tenders all day. I bought the dinner. It was less money except for spending twice. Go figger. I shoulda done this to begin with. I got four tenders, mashed tay tays with some gravy, slaw,hand a biscuit for seven bucks. Seven bucks, folks. If you're not doing Jacks you're not living right.

First, workers give attitude for asking about extra ranch even after we as a customer say, “I need extra ranch and I’ll pay for it”. Then we get home to enjoy a cheeseburger, yes a simple cheeseburger and the burger doesn’t have cheese! What’s so hard about putting cheese on a cheeseburger?

And on of that, we didn’t ask for free food, we paid for it! This happens today, December 8th, 2025.

Unbelievable.

This is one of the best Jack's restaurants I've been to. They're really busy in the morning and the ladies and gentlemen who work the drive thru are always happy, smiling, and grooving. They're very polite and accommodating.
