I order here and prolly won't be back. The service here is horrible restaurant service has really fell by the way side. Smh. I even ordered my food for there and they put it in a Togo box and bag. Then they ignored me when I first came in. Definitely won't be back . The Food was decent though

Definitely not perfect but dollar for dollar you get good food at a decent price.
Can't speak to the drive thru but the grandkids love to eat in and get the ice cream after dinner.

I went to Jack's this morning I ordered a big BLT no mayonnaise and a bowl of grits when I got to my job my grits were good I opened my BLT to make sure it had no mayonnaise on it and there was only two pieces of bacon on it I've been trying to call for the last 15 minutes it rings once and then goes end of call not very satisfied with Jack's right now it was the Jack's on Jordan Lane near University Dr.

Came in today ordered a 3 pc tender with fries and a strawberry pie. It was some slime or hair in my honey mustard went to the counter to show them all they did was replace the sauce didn't ask to replace my food or a refund.... It's nasty in here and it stinks a 0 out of 10 I don't recommend

i had ordered me and my husband, two double biscuit and gravy with extra sausage, a cookie and two Sprite with a side Of hashbrowns and the older guy at the drive through window Was very rude "Said I was running his time up and that I needed to move ASAP" He was very disrespectful. I'm happy with my food, but I'm not satisfied with the customer service.
Did they forget the sauces? Yes. Did they forget the biscuits? Also yes.
But it was still absolutely delicious, hot, and they even compensated smaller tenders for an extra one.

You mess my order up at the drive through i catch it and you said( we'll the card has already gone through so we can't do anything about it) not my fault you messed it up if that's how you do business I'll not be going back to jacks long long time happy customer till today ...
