They changed open hours to 4:30 which messes me all up. Then the lazy employees don't open the doors at 4:30. Just lost a customer for good

This place is filthy. Tea jugs are black with grime—clearly never cleaned. Both sweet and unsweet tea were spoiled on both dine-in and drive-thru sides. Fries littered the floor, which was also covered in trash and dirt. We stood in line without acknowledgment until someone told a worker to help. He slowly walked up, removed his gloves, and said, “Do y’all want to order?” I said, “Um, yeah, that would be appreciated.” He didn’t give us cups—we had to ask. When we tried the tea, it was clearly sour. Another customer came in and stood beside me waiting. I told him “good luck.” The employee ignored us both and walked off. I asked to try the drive-thru tea, and it was also spoiled. That customer turned to me and said, “Unsanitary,” with a scrunched face. We settled for water. A different worker silently put our bag on the counter. When I asked if it was ours, he said, “Oh sorry, it was for here.” Fries tasted like they’d sat all day. Burger was okay, but we debated leaving. This place is a major health code violation and will be reported.

So very Rude didn't even speak a word to me held her hand out for the money. Then held the food out I said thank you not a single word just a blank stare. Learn some basic manners people.

Placed an online order today at 4:30p for two 15 piece big box and 18 piece wings with a pickup time for 5:01p. Made it to this location at 5:04p. Waited until 5:40p before I received my food. The fact there were several people who came in after me and all got their big orders of tenders while I’m standing there. The Hispanic manager flipping out in the back because it was busy. The Asian worker talking about people’s orders. Yes, I order just a thing of gravy because according to the employees…Jacks only gives 3 small scoops for a family mashed potatoes. Then the manager wants to be funny talking about…I understand you’re upset because of the small amount of gravy. So after waiting an hour for chicken tenders when I’m trying to feed my children before work and risking my job about to be late because of y’all wouldn’t be the issue? FYI…the wings are not breaded!!!! They’re regular wings!!! False advertisement!!!!

Bathroom was dirty and changing table for infants was broken and dirty. Manager and other employees acknowledged customer waiting to order at counter and ignored them. Manager and worker were arguing infront of customers.
One of my favorites quick bites in town. Foods great, service is friendly and relatively quick paced. Reasonably priced dinners and the tenders are so good. Fresh fried Apple,Strawberry Cream and Peach-limited time I believe, pies are sooo yummy! Chopped steak dinner with Mashed Potatoes and Green beans that are ridiculously delicious.
The food was great but at first the lady was a little rude

I order here and prolly won't be back. The service here is horrible restaurant service has really fell by the way side. Smh. I even ordered my food for there and they put it in a Togo box and bag. Then they ignored me when I first came in. Definitely won't be back . The Food was decent though
