Hello, I hail from the great state of Texas. I ordered the turkey ribs from JACS BBQ and let me tell you they were exceptional. I seen the post on Facebook and put my order in. My ribs made it to my home here in Texas the next day. As soon as I opened the package I hit with a hint of smoke. My family and I ate every inch of those turkey ribs last night and will be ordering more. So if you have not had them your missing out on some good eating. Shout out to JACS for a job well done.
It has a great atmosphere, and the food speaks to my soul. I love it!
I payed 17$ for a small fried turkey rib plate cuz they was out of the smoked rib plate. The plate was small as hell and their price didn't match the online menu it was 5$ more and the macoroni & cheese was burnt and the cabbage looked like string beans and on top of that it didn't come with a drink.this was my first and last time coming here.
The owner was very accommodating and willing to work with our party.
Today I had the fried turkey ribs, fried cabbage and yams with cornbread. EVERYTHING was soooooo delicious. The meat fell off the bone and was so incredibly delicious. The cornbread melted in my mouth and was the perfect pairing with the fried cabbage. The yams wasnt too sweet they were perfect taste and texture. I ordered a plate of bbq turkey ribs to go along with more cabbage and yams. I’m looking forward to digging into those later.
Service was nice & made me feel like I was back home. Food was amazing if I could give it a 10 star rating I would ?
The food Delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. We will definitely be back.
I had never had turkey ribs. They are so delicious and tender. The mac & cheese was also good!!

I don’t eat pork so when I heard there was a place that served Turkey ribs I had to find it and boy was I not disappointed! So juicy and flavorful and the sides were delicious as well. Best dinner I’ve had all week.
Smoked turkey ribs were definitely good but I went around noon and they where served cold. That's my number one rule anyway when it comes to bbq restaurants is to not go early because you will always get leftovers from the day before and not fresh off the grill. Green beans mediocre I may revisit I'm not sure.
