Food was extremely good. Fried chicken, yams, corn, bread, greens, meat loaf, spaghetti, dessert, grilled chicken, grilled pork chops, gizzards, liver, broccoli, sauerkraut, beans, peas I could go on. They offer military and senior discount. I tried to eat everything. I ate so much I was full the next morning. If you're looking for a good buffet try this place. It was my first time and I will be back.
First Time for the Burger Man and my wife. I hate to say, but I also have to be honest. It had NO WOW factor to the buffet. Not many meat choices; some of the dishes were overcooked and dry, and some were greasy. I have to say, their Fried Green Tomatoes were on point. Service was good. The $11 senior buffet isn't worth it. I will not be going back. There are better choices out there.
For a country buffet this was pretty good. Lots of selections to choose from. The fried chicken is crispy but not well seasoned so plan to add a bit of salt. The green beans, field peas, pinto beans and collard greens are tasty and seasoned well. The mashed potatoes and brown gravy was delicious. There’s an ice cream machine along with cakes for dessert. The waitress who took care of our table was kind and did a great job. The price is reasonable and note that ages 60 and above...
