I hate when my order is messed up. I order baked beans and potato salad. It's clearly in the receipt. But what did I get.. a double scoop of bake beans. The sad part is I was the only one inside . I stay too far to just go back so I guess my lost.

Soooo this is attached to the gas station smh we were ordering but as I asked the cashier about the food quality he said it was bland and tasteless. Needless to say we didn't finish ordering and left. Thanks for the heads up. Not sure how appreciative management may be but good looking out .

The only Lawlers worth my money, time, and energy is the Madison Hughes Rd. location. Every store in between is trash, including Meridianville, Jeff Road, and Harvest. It’s disappointing that I pay nearly $20 for subpar quality and service, especially when I willing pay extra for exactly what I want. I don’t have the time to drive FROM Owens Crossroads TO Madison when I want a decent potato.

Had a business lunch catered from here for 50 people, and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Nothing was missing from the order, the food tasted great, and to top it off the delivery driver was early. Thank you for the excellent service, I will definitely use you again for future events!

Food was good, we ordered from door dash as we just had a baby and are currently in the hospital and can't leave. The store assured us everything was in the bag but we were missing a pie and a sweet tea. Called the store to see what we could do to sort it out and were told "we triple check our bags so it's not possible for us to mess up". Well obviously someone did mess up and we were basically told screw off. Update: communicated with the dasher and she reported the missing items as well so that really only leaves 1 possibility. Sincerely wish I could give a 0 for customer service.

My grandpa picked up dinner and it was wildly wrong so I called to tell them so they can check their orders better. The lady I talked to told me my grandpa lied about showing her his phone with the order, which is crazy, and expected me to believe she read the whole order back to him and he didn't catch the several extra words involved in the wrong version. Then she acted like my phone was breaking up and hung up on me. Like at least say there must have been a misunderstanding instead of just acting like my grandpa is full of it. I was vaguely annoyed about picking off microscopic chives (which side note why are they chopped so tiny?) but I'm definitely going to go elsewhere next time after that interaction.
Parking: It's in a corner gas station so parking is often crowded, and their drive through line gets messy
