What a gem of a find! We have never been to this part of town really that much. While dropping off a daughter for driving training, I spotted a garden/vegetable/fruit/craft store that I just had to visit. Looked across the street and I saw L'Etoile Patisserie. I had read about this place so we decided to try it. Oh my! Every thing we tried was delicious. I believe the owner came to everyone's table to chat with. We told him it was our first time and he informed us in an hour they bring out sweeter things. So after eating we walked across the street the the Garden Center for about an hour. Visited for quaint store on both sides of L'Etoile and then headed back in. We didn't go for sweeter, but bought some more pastries for the kids. We will be back!!

Saturday mid-morning, horribly inattentive staff leading to ridiculous and unnecessary wait times. After waiting five minutes with only two parties ahead of us, we left without ordering, and the person in front of us also hadn’t!
Apathetic staff behind the counter - two female baristas flirting with each other instead of working. A young man on his phone standing near the register while somebody else operates it. One nice older lady taking orders and boxing them. There was somebody else back there seemingly doing nothing also.
I’ve been several times before now, and it’s been inefficient but never this egregious. Maybe this sort of customer service is actually a very authentic French experience! But I suspect it moreso about apathetic front of house staff.

Came on a Wednesday afternoon and was so glad we visited! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are reasonable for what you are buying and everything tastes so fresh I could hardly believe it.
We cannot wait to come in the morning at some point to try more things and get some delicious coffee as well!

Their latte was good. Just wish they had different flavors. And some real sugar out instead of sugar substitute packets. But I didn't ask. Im sure they do have sugar. I had the Koulgn-Amann and it was deeelish!! Will definitely come back.

One of my favorite places in Huntsville! They serve a variety of pastries, breads, and other delicacies. Everything is good, you cannot go wrong - although some of my favorites are the choux a la creme, croissant aux amandes, gateau au yaort, and financiers. They also have coffee and tea to pair with your pastries!

This is one of our favorite places in Huntsville. The bakery is top notch and they have something for everyone. We always get something while we are there and a take away box! The place transports you to a small European cafe. Highly highly recommended
