Absolutely delicious! Low key obsessed and have been visiting weekly for a few months now. So far everything I’ve tried has been amazing. My husbands favorite so far is their ham and Swiss croissant. You do have to be prepared to check their weekly menu and arrive early. They will sell out later in the morning/early afternoon. But don’t skip this place. If they’re out of something come back another day. You won’t be disappointed!

It smelled like heaven and the pastries looked divine! Saturday before Christmas and the Patisserie was packed with people waiting. It was our first visit, so I'm unsure if this is a daily occurrence.

My party of 3 each had a different pastry and coffee. All were light, fresh, and scrumptious!

I visit Huntsville several times a year and this is going onto my "must visit" list!!

I will preface this by saying that I used to live in France, so I am pretty particular about my french baguettes and pastries. While I would not necessarily give this a 5 star rating if I was in France, I personally believe this is the best French bakery I have had in the United States.
