Food is often cold. Fries are not filled to the top. A Medium is more like a small. There is double frying of fries… ugh. People behind the counter are not bad people but they are lacking in support and training. I tried calling the owners a few times and no one cares.

Went through drive through on the way home. Had 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. They did not have the right drink to start, then made me pull into a spot to wait then I didnt even get all the sandwiches. Im very disappointed

I went in to eat. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing all the orders going to the drive thru. The after asking where my food was they started to work on it. The fries and more salt on it than on salt block. I just do not why I went there again.

This McDonald’s needs to train its employees, by far the worst one in the business. The last 5 times I’ve been here the food is incorrect! How can anyone go 5 for 5 messing anything up? Do better or let someone else take over! My daughter will throw a fit if I take her to this one. That’s sad!

Terrible! I never thought a restaurant could be slower until I came to this McDonald’s. It’s quite hysterical and sad . If you want to wait a long time for your food this is the place to go. This McDonald’s is an absolute disaster needs to be shut down!

I was very dissatisfied with how my food was handled. My hash brown was placed directly into the bag without the paper sleeve, causing it to touch everything else. This is careless, unhygienic, and shows a lack of attention to basic food handling. While the drive-thru cashier who took my order was kind and professional, the way my food was packaged overshadowed that experience. Sadly, the overall service at this location has noticeably declined.
Aciw tidically proven to be the best gas I only use shell gas.

Placed an online order we have been waiting for over 45 mins. When we went in to check on our food we were told they were just now starting on it, after 45 mins of waiting. I thought McDonald’s was supposed to be fast food?????? Will not be back and will be following up with corporate about this

You are better off going to the location on Winchester Plaza. The last several months the service and quality at this location has gotten to the point where I won't return. Buns are hard as rocks, orders are always wrong or missing something, and it takes way too long to get your food. Once waited 20 minutes for coffee because they gave my order to someone else and had to make it again. Don't stop here. If you absolutely need something convenient on the highway, stop at Arby's across the street or racetrack. Maybe Wendy's. But don't stop here.
