Order a #2 with cheese and this is what they gave me. I’m so grossed out I don’t even want to eat it. How am I to think anything other than this ones dropped and too hot to pick up so they butchered it slapped it on a bun and served it. That is so gross and unacceptable. Who Evers putting burgers together there needs to be fired. ASAP!

The slowest place I have ever seen. Drive thru I waited 45 minutes. Fries were old and cold. I wouldn't even give the service one star. You should consider a total restart. You should be embarrassed as a place to eat.

Came to drive-thru around 11:00pm, ordered some food…got a double quarter pounder but half of it was raw…employees didn’t have much communication. A few things were off when asked for specific items. Happened a couple times at this same restaurant. Thought this time would be fine.

Ordered reg. fish combo with an extra fish sandwich for $1 . Fries were hot & fresh , both fish sandwichs were overall good . Buns were a little harder than I like and the little bitty what they call a slice of cheese was ridiculous. Overall good quick service but for almost $12 the sandwichs could have been better .

The drive thru is sorry as hell...waited in the line for 10 minutes. When got to the window to receive my order, I was pulled to stall 2 for another 5. Waited then for a pineapple mango smoothie. On top of all that, got nugget sauces for a ten piece, no nuggets in the sack. Terrible non-apologetic service. Ordering with the app makes no difference in service nor wait times. Save your money.
Everytime- and I mean EVERYTIME- I place an order here- either on the App or at the Drive Thru- I have to pull into one of the stalls for it to be delivered AND I wind up having to go inside to get my order because they have already cleared it from their line que. It gets old having to do this. I will take my business elsewhere.
