Ordered here through DD and received a bag of total disgust. Qtr pounder looked as if it was smashed on the floor meat hanging out of the box with burnt edges. Fries so cold I think they were poured directly in the fry box from the freezer! Choice elsewhere to spend your hard earned dollars

Ah McGrumpy's... After an Easter egg hunt with my step children, we thought doing their drive-thru would be a great, quick stop for food. Oh we were so wrong...After ordering, we began a 25 minute ordeal waiting for 4 meals (two nugget combos, a fish sandwich and a 1/4 pounder deluxe). After being sent to park and wait, I ventured inside and saw no less than 6 other people waiting for orders in the gloomy interior of the building. It only appeared that 4 people were on shift behind the counter/barrier (1 at the drive-thru window, 1 cook and 2 prep staff).When did fast food become so painfully slow?.. It became slow at McGrumpy's when the company became focused on cost cutting with on-line ordering and minimal staff. What happened to the cheerful colors and welcoming feeling of Mickey D's?Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A across the street. Hire staff, be prompt with service and be accountable when it's not. I mentioned accountability because I called the McDonald's customer service hotline and still have not received an answer.

Forgets food or gets order wrong all the time. This is the closest McDonald’s to me and it never fails, they forget something or get my order wrong. They need to fix the pay wage because no one in there cares enough & im tired of being a casualty of that.

This is the best McDonalds in Huntsville! I pass by two other McDs on my way to work every morning and then go out of my way to go to this one for breakfast because they are always quick as greased lightning, fastest drive-through around. Order is always right, fresh and delivered with a smile!

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever visited.The cooking area is filled with employees smacking gum playing on cell phone's but the customer's stand around watching and waiting on food for twenty minutes.The service is terrible!No drink station or even a place for napkins.This is by far the worst McDonald's in Huntsville Alabama.

I have never been to a worse mcdonalds in my life! Last two visits have been horrible. First visit took 21 mins to get my food from drive thru! Second visit we went inside. 2 people eating, no one in line inside and 1 or two cars in drive thru. 11:20 am and it still took 10 mins for our food. Trash everywhere, French fries and plastic bags on the floor by the French fries station. Watched as the staff walked over the mess, some stood around and one I watched eat right there on the floor by the fry station twice!

Honestly rude service I waited in the drive thru without anyone saying anything at least a “can you give me a sec please” nothing I said “thank you” and got nothing back. You should get better costumer service!
The man that was working the drive through window tonight must have been having a bad day or something, because he was noting but outright rude/ hateful. I told him my burgers were done incorrectly and he snatched em out of my hand. As I was waiting on my burgers to get remade I was gonna eat my fries and realized they were cold. To which he gave no response other than a look like I’m asking for his first born. While sitting there I could hear him talking about me saying how he’s tired and doesn’t care and all this stuff. Finally he basically throws the food at me and when I try to give him the old bag he rudely said, “don’t worry bout it bruh” as he was waving his arms around in a dramatic fashion. Apparently wanting your order right and not cold is too much in his book. This is the third time I’ve had an interaction with him there and he’s been rude every time, but this one was wild. I enjoy how convenient the Whitesburg location is but IDK if I will be going back.

Bro. We placed our order online, still had to wait in drive thru to pick it up for 45 minutes. 5 cars went through behind us after they pulled us off to the side. We didn't get anything crazy, two cheeseburgers and a nugget combo took 45 minutes, even after pre-order. Try one of the McDonald's further out of the city.If they ever ask you to pull forward, say no, they're trying to keep a timer down rather than get your food to you.

Typical backwater MD's. Very hit & miss service, wait is usually super long regardless of how long the lines are, hair in the food occasionally, missing ingredients & sides that were paid for, it's what we've come to expect.
