I visited McDonald's store #11093 and observed behavior from the GM Stephanie that made me feel uncomfortable while at the restaurant. The interaction I witnessed involved raised voices and created an environment that did not feel professional or welcoming.

Loving it
This is by far one of the worst McDonald in Huntsville. I have nothing but issue with this location everytime I order is the customer service is terrible. I have an issue with an order that has yet to be resolved. Visited the store to get it fixed and the manager I was in contact with doesn’t work there anymore. The new mangers was no help. She had more interest in help other customers place orders and taking food out than resolving a pervious issue.

They ensure your order is accurate and promptly delivered. However, they were out of certain foods and didn't give what was asked and paid for, specifically asking for certain condiments and not getting those either. This morning was amazing, the service was fast, the food was fresh, the manager and staff were great, including shahana, she was so polite and cheerful, AGAIN GREAT SERVICE.
