Undoubtedly the worst!!!! I do not understand why when you place your order. The people who make you order either can't read or just don't care. EVERY TIME I get a delivery order it is NEVER right. WHY????
Shout out to Callie Nixon, Catering Lead for being so pleasant and helpful when our company "Above and Beyond Estate Sales" won the business card drawing for a free catered lunch. She accommodated us with our schedule and it was ready upon arrival! Thank you so much Panera!
In my first visit ever, I was impressed by the size of the restaurant and the quality of the food. It appears tiny from the road, but is quite roomy. The biggest negative for me as a 71 year old man is the mandatory use of placing your own order on a touch screen pad contraption. If it had not been for my younger computer savvy companion, I would probably have turned around and walked out.
