Y’all, I don’t post bad reviews or rag in places publicly like this but this is UNACCEPTABLY GROSS. I am disappointed as all get out. I am a big papa johns fan. I personally prefer it over every other chain on taste alone. However, tonight, they never marked my order ready for pick up so I just went by 40 minutes later and this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. there was long black hair in my pizza
Manager is very rude. No time was advertised on the online order system until after order was placed. I called one minute after placing order to cancel. Was put on hold for five minutes and then transferred to manager. I asked to cancel order. Manager said pizza was in the oven already - if so, that 69 minutes until delivery would have ended with some VERY cold pizza.
