This is the first time since coming back to the states from Europe that I loved the food. You can’t go wrong coming here. The margaritas, steak fajitas, appetizers and flan was so good.

We ate here for the second time yesterday, and it was just as delicious as the first time! We are obsessed with the homemade tortillas, they truly blew us away. They have a great kids menu for our picky eaters. Awesome drinks - I had a mangonada and it was top tier. I ate the big fish tacos and they were amazing! I loved the slaw and pickled onions, not your typical sides which I always love in a restaurant. It's hard to find unique food these days! Our server yesterday was awesome. The place seems to stay busy and it still didn't take long to get our food. 10/10!

The cheese enchiladas and the salsa are too sweet tasting. The coke is not sweet enough.

My wife and I eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants, and we eat a lot of authentic Mexican food, our daughter-in-law in Mexican, and she is an excellent cook. First let's talk about the service, it was great, our waitress was very attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was fun and lively, some guest were loud and wanted people to notice them but their outlandish dress and speaking loud to draw attention to themselves, very PROUD. They were disruptive to the majority.
Now the food. Hospital bland, I mean hospital bland. I got the Fajita chicken. There was zero spice on the chicken. The chicken had either been boiled in a pack or seeped in water, then dropped on a grill for just enough to appear seared, it was not grilled and had no flavoring at all. The vegetables were also not grilled, there was in fact a great deal of water on my skillet. It appears they bag boil their food, then drop it on a super hot cast iron skillet. Nevertheless there was no spice on the veggies either. The chicken Fajitas was as bland as hospital food. I added salt, pepper and the salsa provided for the chips, still, it was just bland.
They made their tortillas, or appeared to, right in front of the guest. They removed flour dough balls from a tray and placed them in a cooker. They were doughy, I do a lot of baking and they could have had another 40 seconds in the oven. They oven baked them.
I was really not impressed at all with the place, and it was absolutely not worth $45 for 2 people. We go to Huntsville often and in the future I will skip this place. Perhaps the person that prepped our food that day was new at cooking or simply forgot to add stuff. But I do not understand all the 5 stars from others.
