I have visited the Madison location before but I tried the downtown Huntsville location since it’s close to my job and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Caleb made my night after a long day at work and he was super friendly and patient with me—even with me walking in the last 10 minutes before Piper and Leaf closed. He even let me sample one of the flavors that he noticed I was curious about. Shoutout to Caleb, he deserves a raise!! Thank you ?

Such a neat place in the Heart of beautiful history.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is the prices. The person behind was great though and willing to give us some recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Nice place!! Love the atmosphere. Not well suited for large parties but great for a solo trip or to meet one or two friends.

One of my favorite places downtown! I’ve gone back too many times in the last few weeks to have their lemon berry blush. Also their sparkling iced teas are perfect for soda cravings!! Love the atmosphere- it’s clean and quaint. The staff is wonderfully friendly and the tea is (obviously) top notch!

I went there for afternoon tea and I really enjoyed it. I think their tea is often really good, but it is almost often bitter and needs honey or sugar. I found that this was true for afternoon tea as well. I think that it might be they steep their tea for too long.
The tea choices were good. They had four all together, two caffeinated and two caffeine free, so there was something for everyone. I am amrita to apples so I have to be careful when I drink their tea because several have some in them.
The small bits were good. They had a chicken salad croissant, which I could not eat because I'm allergic to chicken, but the person I went with said it was okay (needed a little salt). They had cucumber sandwiches, but not in proper afternoon tea preparation since they all had their crusts. These were actually pretty good, although the white bread was a tad mushy. The best part were the small desserts. There was a mini cinnamon roll,a brownie, and a lemon cake. The brownie and lemon cake were to die for and the trees paid really well with them.
I highly recommend trying this at least once.

My friend and I got the blueberry tea, which was excellent! The reason I rated 5 stars was because of the service. The girl was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.

Dietary restrictions: They offered a variety of milks for my hot chocolate without me having to ask.
Parking: Parking was cheap and we found a spot easily but that may not always be the case since it is downtown.
Kid-friendliness: There is a coloring area for kids and they hang the art work. Plenty of kid friendly drinks as well. Trinkets and such in the shop that would appeal to little ones.
