Star was absolutely amazing, her southern hospitality had me in an awe of her customer service, she made sure I had everything I could want and more, will 100% go out of my way to support this store just for her. Didn’t catch the delivery guys name but he was just as nice and confirmed we had everything. Truly great experience and service.

When I ordered over the phone, I was dismissed and hung up on. The employee named Kayla was extremely rude! Good customer service is the key to a business’s success and without it, it should fail because every customer is apart of your business financial support. The manager tried to make excuses for her, but there is no excuse.

I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas one bacon one pineapple and ham. The 3 cheese breads. One bacon 2 plain. It was over 80 bucks, worst pizza I've ever ate in fact we are setting here staring at it not eating. 1ST THERE WAS ALMOST NO CHEESE EVEN ON THE CHEESE.BREAD! Pizzas had weird burnt looking red rings around the edges that's from the piza sauce stucking out past the very few sprinkles of cheese! I got it through Door dash so probably just lost almost 100 bucks Will never order here again and I advise you not too as well. I got almost 200k followers on my Google reviews I hope they all see this one.

They just.... never get my order right. Over the couple years I've lived in this area I've periodically tried ordering from the Pizza hut. I try to avoid red sauce pizzas because they end up hurting my stomach so I always order White/Alfredo sauce pizzas. I always end up with a red sauce pizza when I order from here regardless... I had the flu, on valentines day, with my partner and still wanted to do something nice for us and ordered the heart-shaped Pizza. Red sauce. again. I can't explain my disappointment. It's still tasty, but it's never what I want.

If I could give a negative number I would. WORST so called management. Called to update order, they not only changed order, but canceled, then re ran it again ALL without asking! I simply wanted to add an additional pizza. Horrible attitudes

I love this pizza hut. There is a young girl that works at the Winchester Rd pizza hut, I am pretty sure she's a manager but this young lady works soooooooo hard!! She's a short sweet young lady with dark hair and glasses. She's ALWAYS there! She's always giving it her full throttle! She knows who I am when I walk in so I feel terrible not knowing her name. I bet I find out next time. My son's SOOOO picky but loves pizza so I'm there a lot lol she's so kind and just a hard hard worker! Pizza Hut should consider themselves lucky to have her for an employee! Thanks sweet friend for always making my pizza trip awesome! You are a wonderful person 👏👏

I just ordered 2 large and 1 medium pizza what has happened to Pizza Hut, it was take out these ate the worst pizza’s I have ever had so long Pizza Hut , and they wanted a tip on top of that , the 2 1/2 pizzas were $40 got me once but never again

Terrible service, they didn't give me what I asked for, and they treated me badly just because I didn't know how to speak English. The lady was angry and I was waiting and didn't want to serve me. They should be nicer to customers. She didn't give me the pizza I asked for. She gave me the one I knew. She didn't feel like it, plus I was paying her cash and she was also angry that's why she wanted me to pay her with a card 😡😡😡😡😡
After placing a curbside order online, I called the store when I arrived to be told they do not do curbside. She pulled up by transaction by my ph # and asked if I had paid. She was literally looking at the paid transaction. Got the pizza home and it was stiff and cold. Granted I was 20 min late in picking it up but it was so stiff I gave it to my dog. Very disappointed

While living in Gurley, this is the Pizza Hut I prefer. The staff is always friendly and timely and the inside is always clean. I have never gotten bad food or service here and continue to come back!

Poor customer service. They delivered my pizza to the wrong house then blamed their system rather than owning up to the fact that their driver made a mistake. Wouldn't have been hard to say, "Whoops, we see the mistake, and will send another out right away." Instead, they blamed external factors and didn't offer to bring another pizza, instead stating they only had one driver abd his "screen was full of orders." Poor service and unfortunately, we won't be ordering from there again. A shame as we have been customers for years.
