So sad to see this place closed. We love this place! We are from Pennsylvania and visit northern Alabama 2x a year and this in our list of miust stops! I hope to see them up and running soon! Great food and always delicious.

I was so looking forward to dining at The Po' Boy Factory when I visited Huntsville last month. However, it was closed for good according some workers there to pick up some equipment. Stickers on the door said the water disconnected for non-payment. We found some great seafood elsewhere in town. Hope they rebound and reopen so I can give them a try later on.

Good food. Great gumbo and catfish. Does anyone know if they are permanently closed? They don't seem to have been open for awhile.

The fries and fish tasted as if they were cooked in the same vat, there was no spice, and before I even left I was getting queezy which lasted for several hours. My partner ordered etoufee (sp?) but they were out of rice so they got what looked to be a small cup of gravy. Overall we made a decision to never come back.

Would have loved to have eaten there, but today, June 3, 2022, they were closed and all the potential customers in the parking lot, were shocked, even the police deputies. On the side of the door was a notice that a utility water bill had not been paid and it was shut off. I hope they can reopen soon.....

Amazing food, solid service. Cajun food in the Huntsville area. The lobster dip appetizer is on the expensive side, but delicious for sure. The decor leaves something to be desired, but the food is top notch, and the servers are friendly. Definitely recommend to those looking for a Cajun experience in Huntsville.

Just left this place. We're here on a work trip and tries it because Google said it was one of the best restaurants in the area. Dear Google, I disagree. The grilled Grouper was actually good, but on the salty side. The service was POOR and that's enough for me not to spend my money anywhere, regardless of the food. The waitress seemed to have an attitude. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if it's just who she is. She didn't introduce herself, so I couldn't tell you her name. She didn't refill my water or even ask if I needed a refill, but I will say she asked my coworker and refilled her drink twice. When she returned with our cards after paying, she handed my coworker hers and just left mine on the table.I'd rate the food 3.5/5.Should I return to Huntsville, I wouldn't go here. Perhaps I'd I "looked" like everyone else in there, I would have been treated differently. It's a NO for me.

Just don’t! We went and were told they were out of shrimp. They even asked in front of us and they said yes we are out. We told them we were leaving and by a miracle they had shrimp. I ordered blackened grouper; guess what they don’t do that even though it’s on their menu. We were completely turned off by all of it. It sucked because this is what we were looking forward to our whole trip and it was a bust. Also their hours have changed and only open until 4.

This place already has a great reputation they gained one more fan the day I walked in! I can't wait to take my peeps there! The one thing that stood out, other than the phenomenal food, was how attentive they were! While I waited an employee, wish I knew her name, brought me some hush puppies to try the house sauce It's the little things that make a lasting impression!

Service was fast and excellent! Atmosphere was very nice. Food was amazing! I was there around 3pm. We had cheeseburgers and fries and onion rings. Very tasty and temp of food was perfect! Restaurant was clean and bathroom was clean and stocked well with soap, tp, and paper towels. This was my 3rd visit. I will be back to try their seafood!4/13/2022 Update: Today my mom and I visited here. We visited during lunch hours. The restaurant was very full. Tables were being cleaned ASAP. We were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress was very sweet and nice. The restaurant seemed pretty clean. The atmosphere was welcoming. We did have to wait a little while for our food but it was worth it because the food was super delicious! I bought us our all-time favorite cheeseburgers and french fries and onion rings with Dr peppers. Our waitress refilled our drinks and kept a check on us. We will definitely be coming back!Features: Tables were spaced a good distance apart and we felt comfortable. There were no mask required.

Great, great food. They have been hit hard like everyone else from the pandemic. Out of a few things but the great thing about PBF is the next thing on the menu is as good as the previous. They are DESPERATELY needing help with servers as the servers are running to their max and one on our visit was about to leave it appeared, almost causing a scene. It did make for an uncomfortable time though but I can see why. The food is still quick, still amazing and hopefully they can get some help at servers soon. I wouldn’t mind paying $1 more per plate so they can get servers. Still won’t deter me from going either way. Highly recommend but expect slower service until people decide to work again.

Amazing amazing Cajun food! Found this gem while on a road trip to Missouri and can't stop thinking about the crawfish we had. The jambalaya was tasty as well.
