Went through the drive through Sunday and attempted to order but the person working the window cut us off and wouldn’t let us finish our order. She just told us to come to the window. We get to the window and asked to add the meal she cut us off from ordering and told us “ she cannot add anything at the window. We tried to add it before pulling forward and she just said “ pull forward “ after we told her we wanted to add another meal. Terrible customer service and will never come back.

Food is always amazing your order is always right and management is very friendly when we want Popeyes we drive from decatur to Huntsville!

Went through the drive through last night they had a lady who clearly was not listening. I ordered 2 2pc. I asked what to pieces of the chicken comes she said whichever you want. So I placed my order. She only had the one piece and the manager had to correct the order.

The worst experience i ordered online. I got to the restaurant the inside was closed. But I finally got my food. The chicken was rubbery cold and not good at all. That was one thing. The next is i order mac n cheese I didn't get it they didn't say nothing and instead of Mac n cheese they just put cream potatoes instead never said nothing. My biscuit were so hard its crazy. I spent 22 dollars and some change. And couldn't even eat it. Never again I mean NEVER again at the university drive location. Horrible experience! I suggest nobody go to this location! I tried to call that night the next day and over the next couple of days. I had a family member to pass away and was out of town for a couple of days. As soon as I got back to town tried again. Called right before opening finally got someone. Explained what happened to the manager that I finally got to talk to what all happened everything. This is days later. She was very rude and told me to bring the food back i tried to explain to this what is supposed to be professional but was everything but that I explained i was trying to bring the food back but when I kept trying to get in touch with them after my food was cold nasty rubbery and wrong but her crew would never answer the phone when I called. I explained that I've been trying then I had to go out of town for a death in my family and that I was leaving food rotting in my house until I got back. The manager told me to bring the food back i explained i kept the food until I had to go out of town that I tried off and on for days I left but her crew would never answer the phone ever. She told me if I didn't have the food to bring back she could give me a 3 piece and biscuit I explained that no I just wanted what I paid for nothing more and I just wanted it to be made right. She raises her voice and said that's all she is doing. I paid 22 dollars for a 8 piece mac n cheese and biscuits. And you tell me now I will give you a 3 piece and biscuit I told her that's not what I paid i paid for 8 piece mac n cheese and biscuits. So no I want what I paid for. She was so rude the foods not right. Find a different location or even a different restaurant. KFC on university the people and service is so much better. I would not suggest this Popeyes location to no one. Home office needs to do a change with this location. THE WORST LOCATION IN AND AROUND HUNTSVILLE IS UNIVERSITY DRIVE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!THE WORST!!!!!!! The worst part is see on here other people are complaining Popeyes too. So sad Popeyes you need to get your crap together! I definitely learned not to go suggest or anything when it comes to this location. It's sad other people on here had the same problems with this location. I see on another review with same problem they said they would address the issue but apparently they didn't and nothing has changed at this horrible location. So sad Popeyes get your crap together! It's bad when nothing ever gets changed.

Never In My Life!! I just left Popeyes with my husband. Walked in. L👀ked over to the napkin area whatever it’s called .. to our left ( ya know ‘cause that’s usually just what I do) anyway. Walked in. L👀ked over. Quickly touch my husband on the arm.. he says what¿?.. I point to where I’m l👀king . R🪳ACH!! He
l👀ked… looked at me.. I’m
l👀king at him… and I said “let’s go”. Husband talking ‘bout “hold on…” meanwhile I’m in my head like “ I. Know. Good&Darn well”
Then he interrupts my trail of thoughts while I’m still trying to process this Shock of a situation he seems to want to partake in 👀!!
He then says to me “ I’m going to let him know “ I say “ I’m going out”.. I stand outside on the lot while he informs the guy up front ( I guess he’s management) as we walk to the car I ask “ so what did he say ¿” My husband tells me he told the guy Hey man there’s R🪳aches over there.The guy in turn says“ok.What you want?”👀
My husband said he gave him the hardest look and replies NOTHING!!

I know this was/ is a long drawn out review,but I had to tellit.. I had to warn the people … that was just too much.. Be warned .
Hopefully they get it together ..starting with the management and call in a exterminator because one is greatly needed at this location

Moving from another city is hard enough so looking for good food is a MUST HAVE. My Family and I decided to eat at 1 of our favorite restaurants, Popeyes Chicken. A young lady by the name of Errie ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) took our order. She was VERY disrespectful to the point of Me asking for her name at the window just to give HER a review of her customer service. The young man that took the money told her what I said ( about asking her name) she responded to him as Girl. WOW my family and I mouths dropped. Just to hear a woman AT WORK address a MAN as Girl. By the way.. We ordered 60+ dollars worth of food and still Errie didn’t get the order correct. The peppers she got so smart about at the order screen she failed or maybe purposely didn’t put them in the bag. We will NOT!!! Be back. And IF we do. We will ONLY order a kids meal. Maybe we can get that order back correctly. Called and the manager told me I can get 6 peppers whenever I come back .. like I will EVER order a BIG order like that again. I think NOT!

When I go to a restaurant I expect them to ensure that they maintain hours correctly on the various services such as Google, where we see what time they close. Employees standing inside 20 minutes before they close according to every online resource, looking at me like I'm an idiot for coming. There is very unacceptable. If you close at 11:00, that does not mean that you don't serve food at 10:45. It means you serve food until 11:00 and then you close and then you get off after you are done with your work. Too many people these days seem to believe that closing means that you actually close an hour earlier. No, that's not how it works. Fix your schedule online. Show the correct times of operation.
