The sweet potato waffle fries were cold when I got them. They were not good at all. I got the royale burger and the meat didn’t even seem like it was real beef. It looked more like a frozen burger from Walmart and tasted like a veggie burger. The texture was grainy or something.

Also, the toilet in the women’s restroom was not secured to the floor.

The woman behind the bar was incredibly rude to my wife and I, and ruined our night and many of the other people in our party’s night as well. She singled my wife out, caused an entire scene at the bar in front of everyone multiple times, and made us never want to come within a mile of this place ever again.

Full disclosure: this review will be long. I have never been so compelled to leave a review or had a worse experience with someone in customer service in my 29 years alive. The name on the receipt when the tab was closed said “Kerrianne.”

Our company hosted our staff party next to this bar, and I have never been treated so rudely or inconsistently by a bartender in my life. From the moment I walked in, she rolled her eyes, snapped “Is anyone going to order or no?” and acted irritated that there were customers at a bar on a Saturday night in a busy city.

When I ordered, she demanded ID (which I didn’t have on me because this was an open bar tab for our staff exclusively and I was told “just tell them you’re with the staff party”, but I offered a photo of it on my phone). Instead of politely explaining their policy (which I would have respected), she just said “nope” with attitude, slid away, and refused to serve me. My husband, 28 with his ID in hand, then expressed wanting to order a drink, but she refused him too, claiming he would give it to me and cited “third party distribution.” It was beyond absurd and completely soured us to the establishment immediately.

Later, she publicly yelled in front of the packed place that she would “trespass” me for being handed a drink by a coworker when I came to talk to them. None of my coworkers, most even YOUNGER than me, were ID’d a single time. I asked at least fifteen people, and every one of them confirmed they were not asked for ID and were in disbelief at how I was treated. She repeatedly said “I could lose my job” to me, but obviously that “concern” did not apply to anyone else. It was selective and clearly personal and I have zero respect for that or how she handled it.

After this she very unfairly accused my only Black male coworker of “giving me drinks,” after the coworker who actually did told her directly that it was her. That makes me extremely uncomfortable and, sadly, aligns with multiple other reviews mentioning racial discrimination here. Disgusting to say the least.

I completely respect ID laws and would have simply walked away, but there is a way to enforce them with professionalism, consistency, and basic respect. This bartender did NONE of those things and ruined what should have been a positive company event for a lot of us. It is shocking to me that she is even in this line of service when she so clearly dislikes talking to people, serving drinks, or consistently sticking to policies. I will never step foot in this place again and highly doubt it will be considered for any future staff gatherings ever again. Don’t waste your time.

Good drinks, but one rude employee ruined our experience. The bartender who set up the tab for our event was very disrespectful to our guests and made a scene in front of the whole bar. She seemed to be experienced because she was instructing other staff on how to do things. Luckily the other employees didn’t share her rude attitude. She was very snippy during multiple interactions and to me when I closed the tab at the end of the night. I hate to leave a poor review for the sake of everyone else working there because they were great, but I couldn’t let this slide because it was a major damper on our event. The name on our receipt is “Kerrianne”.

I suggest giving good service and not rolling your eyes over simple requests/question. Whatever your name is rude girl behind bar, I suggest you leave your attitude at home. Get another kind of job if you can’t handle two or more people.

Cool little bar located in a neat location. Outdoor and indoor seating and a decent beer selection.

Austin is a great bar tender.

It was fine. Not overly attentive or chatty service (would have been nice to get some color commentary on the cocktail menu but got vague responses of “it’s good”) but I liked the drink I got. Awkward seating options inside with a banquet under a large tv so you could easily look at it.

I wouldn’t come here unless you only want beer. Bartenders and bar isn’t set up for getting anything else. Had to send drinks back.

Sandwich was small on a hamburger roll. No flavor to the BLT. Daughter’s chicken was burnt. To leave there and go get something else to eat because still hungry after paying $14 for a Wendy’s size sandwich is a rip off. Won’t be back.

Bought a beer from their price free menu and opened a tab, 7% abv IPA and asked how much it was. Was told $7 bucks. Was given a purple cup so the price was not terrible. Bought another beer from their price free menu, 5% abv sour, was given a purple cup of it and left. Came back to close my tab and it turns out the second beer was $15 dollars. I asked the bartender about it and they just showed me it rang up for that much.I understand that your prices can go up and down so you don't want to print it but you need to have prices somewhere. It is my fault for assuming that the beer would all be in the same price range as the first one I ordered. Though if this one beer is 2x the others your bartender needs to say so when someone orders it.Long story short deceptive pricing practices and lack of information available to customers to make informed decisions will make me never spend money with them again and you should consider the same.

Went in for a drink on Saturday evening and the bartender, Luke, was drinking while serving. Belligerently drunk. Even talking to customers about how he comes to work drunk and leaves drunk. The two other bartenders were just ignoring his existence because they said he was their boss. He was making awful drinks. I will never give this location my business ever again. I have never felt more unsafe in an environment.
