Came here as we do every year for my son’s birthday. I even checked online and it showed that Red Lobster opens at 11am. We arrived at the restaurant to find out that this Red Lobster has been closed until further notice for repairs. What makes me so mad is it could easily be posted that they are not open on Google. Unprofessional Red Lobster!!

Staff had attitude. Not pleasant at all. Restaurant was not busy. Water on floor from apparent leak in booth next to us and booth on other side had broken table. Ordered crab special 1 plate was fine other plate same food had half portion, potatoes looked like they were left overs. Not going back!

So my friend brought me here for my 50th birthday. They were not busy at all and had to wait on the hostess. Then my drink from the bar got to us before the soda from our server. Not to mention the food looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp hours.I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in a while so my lady and I decided to go and we sat at the bar and our bartender was incredible she made some Exquisite cocktails food was rapidly prepared BY HER!! Price was manageable considering the current economical situation. Overall I went in not really expected much however I was pleasantly surprised and quite honestly Blown Away by how awesome dinner was last night!!! Highly recommend this place!!

Having owned restaurants I usually skip leaving reviews because I know things happen but wow. I really wanted to give this place another chance. 1st off it was dirty, we are with EVERY TABLE and bar surrounding us with trash on it. After a 45 minute wait, ordering drinks, then appetizers to be told they were out of Lobster and Steak…it’s Saturday evening??!! Tell people that before you have them wait.My husband got endless shrimp…the shrimp pasta was literally crunchy and dry. He attempts to order more shrimp only to be told they only have scampi.Hostess was amazing and truly trying to make the most of the situation she was in.$130 and the best thing was the bread and salad. Oh they were out of to go containers only the small ones, so no taking my crab home with me.
