Most of the things I like are no longer on the menu but I can try new stuff. I went in today and decided to risk the salad bar since they had hand sanitizer and mask requirements as well as a sneeze guard. I made one trip and it didn’t have much flavor at all. I did not get to make a second trip because two a$$holes decided they would go to the salad bar sans mask and not use the sanitizer.

We used to be regulars at our local Ruby Tuesday until it closed. We were glad this one was open when we made a trip to Huntsville. But we were disappointed. For the price we paid you would have expected everything to be really good. It was all just mediocre. Sadly, we have probably eaten our last meal from RT.

RT closed where I live and I was going there once or twice weekly for their salad bar! Had to make a trip to Huntsville and Ruby Tuesday was a must! Hands down the best salad bar ever!

Ruby Tuesdays has never let me down! We had the dine-in experience and the food is delightful and as always, the service is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Ordered a Ribeye steak; It tasted re-heat it.Ordered Shrimp Scampi; they did not have pasta.Ordered White Zinfandale; they were not serving alcohol.I ordered Slack of ribs with original barbecue; Ireceived bourbon rub.Salad bar seemed old.Went to use the restroom; all I am going to say is dirty and smelled bad.We told two employees we thought the place was closed because outside lights were Outland inside looked dark. They did not even acknowledge the comment.Bad customer service.Bad food.Dirty place.Did I mentioned, we were the only ones that came in.

Much better than I anticipated after reading some of the recent reviews. Ribs were meaty, tender (not freezer-burned) & the fried shrimp, while not particularly big were lightly-fried & not over-cooked. Tator tots & grilled zucchini were both perfect. Service in the bar area was sporadic, but we weren't ignored, they were just busy dealing w/ all the folks spread out throughout the place. No complaints today. Didn't try it today, but the salad bar looked fresh & plentiful.

Worst service ever waitress never would come around had eat my food without a drink and ask The man who was sitting people he walked away and said in a min. REALLY BAD SLOW SERVICE THE ONLY ONE I SEEN WORKING HARD WAS THE GIRL THAT WAS UP THERE AT SALAD BAR WORKING.

Absolutely awful service. Ended up walking out after no one bothered to acknowledge us or even take our drink order after 10 minutes of being seated. The hostess just sat in the corner talking on his phone.
