Ruth's Chris Steak House

Birthday dinner for my wife with friends. Service was outstanding, food as always was amazing.

I was quite disappointed with the food's flavor. This was my second visit to Ruth's Chris—my first was about 15 years ago, when I ordered the tomahawk steak and found the taste lacking. My wife, a first‑time guest celebrating her birthday, enjoyed the crab‑cake appetizer and was pleased with her salmon and sweet‑potato entrée. Unfortunately, the lobster mac and cheese was bland, and the garlic mashed potatoes were, at best, mediocre.

Always a pleasure to eat at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Service, Food and the atmosphere is wonderful.

We had a wonderful evening. our waiter Demetra was both professional and personable. Anyone who has him will have a fantastic time. The food was incredible, the wine well met and paired, and the steaks live up to the history of the establishment. Couldn't ask for better.

We went for our Anniversary. It was very nice. The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. The food was great. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. I have one warning. The cocktails are a bit strong. All together it was a great experience. I definitely would recommend it.

food was good, minus too much dressing on the house salad ...and getting the wrong to-go boxes given to me😢😢

My birthday experience was exceptional. The food was outstanding and the server was wonderful. I really enjoyed Ruth Chris and Huntsville Alabama. I really enjoy the warm atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back soon from Chicago.

Fantastic first experience here. Stellar service, quiet dining room, and exceptional food and drinks. All staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, the food was to die for, and the mocktail was top five best we’ve ever had. They did accidentally bring us the wrong side but were apologetic and brought us the correct side quickly when we addressed it. Exactly the kind of experience you’d expect for the price, which wasn’t that bad. Highly recommend.

I have never been here before. I had heard all the hype and thought I would spend the money and try it. Huge let down. I paid 100.00 for a ribeye and potato and I got a dry NY strip and ripped off. The service was great but the food was mid at best. And to charge $20 for a baked potato?

We had our 50th anniversary dinner early on Saturday night. We were comped a shrimp appetizer which was very good. We also got the calamari which, unfortunately, was very tough. We split a Caesar salad which disappointedly didn't include anchovies but was otherwise good. My NY strip was cooked perfectly and very good. My wife had ahi tuna which was good. We both had Godfather cocktails that were excellent. We didn't need desert and must have forgotten to ask but the server didn't ask if we wanted any. Overall very good but could have been a little better.

The sea bass is wonderful there. The drinks are good. Atmosphere is wonderful. Service is perfect. Highly recommend Ruth Chris

Over priced. The steak was good. Our waiter acted as if anything we asked was an issue. “No we don’t substitute, no we don’t have Italian dressing, no it just comes as the meat no sides, that’s extra. Let me get this first, do that later”. When we asked for the bill. Had to tell him twice that our deserts we wanted to go. Just seemed set and not accommodating at all. Even getting ranch dipping sauce. Or boxes, drink to go. Just rude.

Hate to leave this review as I love this chain, but our last experience was not a good one. The cocktails were frankly awful, and the service was not up to the standard I've come to expect at this restaurant at the higher price point. Our ‘dirty' martinis were lukewarm straight vodka, sent it back for vermouth and olive juice, no change. Literally like the bartender and server had no idea what a dirty martini was. The creme brûlée was completely uncooked, and we were about 45 min in before we were able to get napkins or silverware. Several other customers were upset and having issues as well. Not a good experience and certainly not worth the money.
