Great food and friendly service. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing. I love how varied their menu is from burgers to seafood, great sandwiches. And with their new location they are offering take and heat meals which is great for tomorrow’s lunch or dinner.

The food at Salt and Light is always top notch. Today we had the catfish, pimento polenta, sauteed vegetables, and a warm lemon cookie. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! Upscale food at a reasonable price.
