Not only did the drive-thru worker named Lacey trash talking customer without realizing in her microphone was still on, but when we got our food, they sandwich was halfway wrapped and fell completely open into the bag.

Understand being their location, but having to ask for a code to get in the bathroom is a little much! Deal with the non-customera in some way that doesn't hinder those of us that will dine there! I'm much more willing to dine with you if you're more welcoming.

This is my third time at a Schlotskys but at first at this location. The atmosphere was lighter and the food was definitely fresher and more juicy, with the sandwich bread being lighter in color. This experience tops my previous 2, both of which were at the other location. Except for a small confusion, by a team member in locating my online order, this experience was flawless.
