We tried to go through the drive thru, but they couldn't hear us at all. We went inside and we're able to get our order! Very fast service, and when I told them the soda machine didn't work they were very polite and got us soda from the machine on their side of the counter. Would definitely recommend, but go inside to order
Not sure if he was a manager or a crew member but whatever it was was the perfect recipe for success. It looked like it may have just been him and one other person but he was so kind on the speaker while making our food at the same time and it was all perfect!!! And he was so quick about it but without making us feel rushed. He’s been here for a while I’ve seen him multiple times but he makes me wanna come back to Taco Bell time after time with his hospitality skills!!!...read full review

Despite occasional mistakes or delays, the staff works hard to make things right and ensure customers leave with a smile. The restaurant is proud of its employees and strives to provide a welcoming atmosphere during all hours of the day and night. Cynthia made my entire night with her upbeat personality and energy. Even when mistakes happen, like forgetting cheesy roll ups, they own up their mistake and went above and beyond to make it right, offering extra and another drink. They were very friendly and felt horrible about it.
