“Atlantis and her manager are absolutely the best. They stay pretty busy and take it remarkably well. While I was being helped with an issue that was out of the normal, they treated me with kindness and humility. You get what you give out of people. “I went to the Jordan LN location because well I live in the Stovehouse district and Bob Wallace had been closed. Their speaker system was working at the drive thru so I went to a stall to sit there for 20 mins without any acknowledgement. I said screw this I'm going to the Moores Mill location and let's be honest you can tell the employees really care about that location.
I pulled into a stall to be created by a very friendly voice and her name is Samiya. She took my order and brought it out quickly and I explained to her that I was determined to try this new Tropical Heat burger and the Pineapple/Coconut Ice cream situation. I also told her how the Jordan lane location either needs to be shut down or at least renovated because there's always something wrong.
