“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location for quite a while now, and it’s consistently become my go-to spot in Tullahoma for a quick, reliable meal. There are a lot of fast-food options in town, but what really sets this place apart is the customer service.
​Every time I pull into a stall, I’m greeted by friendly employees who actually sound like they enjoy their jobs. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a carhop approach your window with a genuine smile and a polite attitude. They are quick to assist and always make sure you have everything you need before they head back inside.
​The biggest win for me, however, is the consistency and accuracy. We’ve all had those experiences elsewhere where you get home only to find half your order is missing or your burger was made incorrectly—but that just doesn’t happen here. They always get my order right, down to the specific modifications. Whether I’m ordering a SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger or just a customized Cherry Limeade, it comes out exactly how I asked for it every single time.
​As for the food itself, it’s always fresh and delicious. The tots are consistently crispy and hot (not soggy or lukewarm like some other places), and the burgers actually taste like they were just made to order. You can tell the kitchen staff takes pride in what they’re putting out.

“Did not make burger right and when they brought out new one the girl was rude snatched bag back because my boyfriend ate the wrong one. I got manager out and he made it right. Very rude waitress at decherd location. She is African American with long white nails. No smile at all. Will not get her again. I will send her back with my food and ask for another waitress!!!“
