“I was heading to Walmart in Lookout Valley, TN just off I-24 and realized I was hungry so this Sonic Drive-in is just before it if you're coming from Chattanooga. A new item on the menu was a Chicken Tenders Sandwich with no one no two but three go sized crispy chicken tenders with some lettuce and ranch dressing added. I got the combo and had their great tater tots with a medium drink. Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised that the tenders were so tasty and crunchy with lots of meat, not like so many other fast food places that have drastically down sized their portions. Thank you Sonic and I definitely won't wait a year or so to pull in for a nice meal.“
“This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.“
“This is the best Sonic in town!! James was a great server, cheerful and courteous. The parking lot was clean, with no trash! My order was right the first time, the wait was short, and they weren't out of things like napkins or basic menu items, as has been our experience at all the area Sonics. Thanks for a great drive-up meal!“
“I love Sonic to start, and the benefit of the doubt I'll gladly give. I assume they've been understaffed for a bit because lately it's taken a while to get my coney. No hate at all, just used to quicker meal service. The rest is great though“
“I was surprised at the quality of the shake here at sonic i have just recently started drinking milkshakes and ive had one from many different establishments and the one from sonic is no slacker its thick almost too thick to drink with the straw so make sure u get the spoon too lol!!!!!“

I had previously left a negative review of this location due to poor service HOWEVER. Our Carhop today was absolutely awesome! Tanysha went above and beyond and her kindness completely changed our opinion of this location. We will be back!“
“I have been to a bunch of sonics throughout Tennessee, and many of them have very poor service. I understand that working in fast food can be a very reward-less job, but obscenely long wait times for a straight forward order can be very annoying.
HOWEVER! This sonic was on top of my order and got everything right the first time. I was very impressed with the quality and service I received. 5/5!“
“Came in half an hour before closing on a rainy night, wasn’t expecting much, so I was very pleasantly surprised of the food quality & service despite the time of day. Bacon was nice & crispy, drinks from Sonic are always consistent, & deal prices are really good compared to other big chains around the area. Honestly, I’m starting to notice an increase in quality of Sonic Burgers over the last year or so, & this location was no exception. Overall good meal & kudos to Jude for being an excellent server.“
