“We went into the the stall, ordered our food. They could not break a $100 dollar bill. The 1 server acted as if he was irritated. So we said, "Just put our food inside. We'll go to the gas station nearby and get change. We did & tipped we'll because we always do. He didn't seem like he cared. That one person can make the whole store look bad.“
“This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.“
“This is more of a personal review directed to an employee named Scott. My daughter and I stopped for shakes and left our lights on too long I’m guessing. Long story short. Reluctantly I knocked on Sonic’s door and asked if anyone had jumper cables. A short time later Scott came to our rescue with cables and got us running quickly. He did it willingly and with kindness. We are forever grateful!!“
“Where do I even begin?? I'm beyond impressed. Even at 10:30 at night the service was quick and reliable, in and out in 10 minutes. Asked for honey mustard and they gave me 7. Hell yeah. Hot and delicious popcorn chicken. Boom shacka lacka.“
“The food was okay. The service was not the person forgot part of the food. Fortunately, I did not pulled away and noticed, had to wait until it was prepare. Normally they have good service .Parking: It's usually easy to get In-N-Out even with the heavy traffic.“
“Overall its a really nice place and the service is quick. Once in a great while they'll take forever and the drink melts down if you ordered a shaker blizzard but thats only once in a while, and completely normal. I recommend this place.“
“The afternoon I was there they had someone working that was messing up orders or which car was to get each order. We saw the car hop take an order to one car and go back inside with the order after the person in the car refused it. I guess it wasn't their order. A little later he brought us an order after we had been waiting 7 - 10 minutes and had still not had our order taken. We explained we hadn't been responded to after pressing the button to initiate an order. He also returned inside with that order. I don't know if the employee taking the order, the car hop, or a different employee working inside was mixing things up, but someone was causing everyone to have a worse day than they might have otherwise.If this had been my first visit it would have been my last!“
“No complaints.. went there for 3 sonic blasts and an Oreo cheesecake milkshake.. right on Q… it’s the best looking sonic I’ve seen up in Chattanooga since south Florida… nice lady that took my order and brought me the deserts… about 10-15 min wait.. but it was busy and it jst takes time to prepare the order the correct way.. (diner takes 20-25 mins)it was worth it.. from now on I will drive to this sonic when I want something from sonic..I went there 12/31/22 @ 830 pm.. thank you to the lady!“
