This morning I went to sonic I asked for chili cheese fries and I was given cheese on fries although the lady that took my order was very nice so this why yall are getting a 2 star

There was a long wait in the drive-thru this morning. I came to pick up my online order and upon pulling off I found out that my drink was missing flavoring so I ended up having to go back to get it. When I told the worker about the missing flavor she repeated it back to me like it was ridiculous for me to come back to get it but I paid extra for it, so why wouldn’t? I didn’t appreciate that. This is more of a personal review directed to an employee named Scott. My daughter and I stopped for shakes and left our lights on too long I’m guessing. Long story short. Reluctantly I knocked on Sonic’s door and asked if anyone had jumper cables. A short time later Scott came to our rescue with cables and got us running quickly. He did it willingly and with kindness. We are forever grateful!!
