This morning I went to sonic I asked for chili cheese fries and I was given cheese on fries although the lady that took my order was very nice so this why yall are getting a 2 star

There was a long wait in the drive-thru this morning. I came to pick up my online order and upon pulling off I found out that my drink was missing flavoring so I ended up having to go back to get it. When I told the worker about the missing flavor she repeated it back to me like it was ridiculous for me to come back to get it but I paid extra for it, so why wouldn’t? I didn’t appreciate that. She also told me she’d bring it to me so I stayed where I was at thinking she’d come out the back. A minute later she screamed out of the window to pull up after telling me she’d bring it? Please work on your attention and communication skills and don’t shame people for coming back for something they paid for.

This is more of a personal review directed to an employee named Scott. My daughter and I stopped for shakes and left our lights on too long I’m guessing. Long story short. Reluctantly I knocked on Sonic’s door and asked if anyone had jumper cables. A short time later Scott came to our rescue with cables and got us running quickly. He did it willingly and with kindness. We are forever grateful!!

The service is surprisingly, consistently slow here. Have driven away and taken the loss on prepaid items multiple times.

Management - if you can't get someone to open on time - Maybe you should try to pop in at opening and see your openers sitting in their cars at 6:12 ignoring the cars at the drive-thru!Owner - How long are you going to let this continue? Surely you see all the complaints of people hearing, We're sorry but we aren't opened at this time - or Sorry, but we can only serve drinks now. We wouldn't mind if it were once in a blue moon that it happens - but NO, it's 3 or 4 times a week. Then you'd understand why we are starting to pass you by and go up the street to Jacks. Totally ridiculous!! It's time for someone to make a change!!

Went thru drive thru. The people here are rude. The line takes forever. I will not ever be back to this Sonic ever again! Poor service. I do not recommend this Sonic. Rudeness. Poor service. Line takes too long!

Service is not bad because of the little girls working there's usually only maybe two people working. I have to blame management. We waited about half an hour just to get a slush and chicken strips. It was not packed. However we did realize that maybe only two people were working. So far in Chattanooga have only tried to locations and this happen at both. However the food was good and the slush was good.
Tader tots were not done all the way.
