I literally have to sit here a MINIMUM of 10 minutes everytime with no one in the drive thru and maybe one person at a car slot. The food is sub par and the service is always poor. This location should be be shut down.
I want to thank the crew at Sonic that worked on 8/9/23 in the afternoon. This crew saw I was having a bad day (I lost my mom today) and not only did they offer me a warm hug, they offered to cover our meal as well. Our first meal after leaving the hospital… thank you for making a gloomy day a bit brighter. Y’all were ALL very sweet. Shoutout to the manager - you have created a great work environment and can tell you that you truly care about your employees and customers....read full review

Despite some drawbacks, the staff, including Leana, are courteous and apologetic, making up for any minor inconveniences.
