Like everyone else I’ve been to 1000s of Starbucks but there’s something special about this location sat atop Winchester hill. Ahem…the STAFF IS AMAZING….THE CULTURE IS AMAZING…..CONSISTENTLY! They get the orders right & out on time which is saying a lot considering the volume that passes thru this location on a daily basis but it’s way more than that. It’s the attitude and attention to detail - remembering customer names, greeting every guest, recommendations, etc. This place reminds me of the power of good humans in leadership! I don’t know who manages this location and started the culture but kudos to them and the staff for buying in!!! Shout out to Shannon & Ryley

If you advertise you close at 8:30 that’s when you should close. This is the THIRD time coming at least ten minutes before close and them not taking orders. Change the hours online to what you’re actually working 🙃

The employees are good, some are over soliciting to say the least but management & especially the day to day staff are so accommodating and fast as well as helpful and patient, I believe one barista was a shift lead, short for the young lady did everything with professionalism & charm, she made me feel extremely comfortable welcome & not embarrassed, Starbucks should take notice of these employees & make them the priority over $ because they do both & more ☺️☕🍵🫖🧋
Parking: The drive thru could use double help though the current crew kicks butt, it shouldn't have too considering the funaminal service they bust their butts to maintain, totally out of the job job description 💜🎉
Kid-friendliness: ABSOLUTELY, HUMAN & CANINE/FELINE, From non caffeinated "big boy" drinks & ALL FAMOUS PUP CUPS🐕🐩🐈🐈⬛🦮🐕🦺
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure about a wheelchair accessible ramp, but the spaces that are wheelchair friendly, though not over the top, it is accessible, not a large # of spaces or space size & curbside should be a little clearer & easy to use Especially FOR THE DISABLED But 8 docha e Hope & Faith that Domino's will see these issues as an humanitarian issue & re think some major issues could & will improve the over all Domino's Pizza Experience 🍕🍕🥗🍪
