Came around 3:20ish today and I can’t remember the employees name, but she was so nice and I swear the sub I had was the best subway sandwich I have ever had. It was made PERFECT!!

I know eating in a gas station is not the best atmosphere. But at one time, you were able to eat there and refill your drink. Now you have to take your food home or eat in your car. Eating a sub in the car is sub par.

On my way to Birmingham stopped to pee and decided I was hungry. Got a subway sandwich, chips and coke. Great food

Didn't get any veggies because the lettuce was brown, tomatoes were half dried out. No lids on food, a fly was all over the veggies. I got bread and meat and cheese. The lady working was VERY NICE!!

Stood in front of counter for 10 minutes, and an employee says she is on break, but will be done in 5-10 minutes. I went to pump my gas and came back and she tells me they are closed. Keep in mind it is 12:15pm prime lunch time. This isn’t the first time it has happened. She was very rude and has zero respect for anyone’s time.

11:50 am they refuse service because both of them are prepping. ITS LUNCH TIME PEOPLE! Last time I was there she refused to put lettuce on my sub cause she'd have to go in back to get it. HIRE SOME DECENT HELP!!!

Avoid. Staff are incompetent and lazy. Have no idea if they are capable of completing an order because they wait until after you arrive to tell you they are "too busy" to fulfill your order which was placed during off-peak hours.

Just picked up my order, wasn't made correctly, was missing $10 worth of items (footlong cookie, and 2 churros). Had one person waiting on food there. Phone is off the hook and permanently busy.
