Didn't get any veggies because the lettuce was brown, tomatoes were half dried out. No lids on food, a fly was all over the veggies. I got bread and meat and cheese. The lady working was VERY NICE!!

Stood in front of counter for 10 minutes, and an employee says she is on break, but will be done in 5-10 minutes. I went to pump my gas and came back and she tells me they are closed. Keep in mind it is 12:15pm prime lunch time. This isn’t the first time it has happened. She was very rude and has zero respect for anyone’s time.

Avoid. Staff are incompetent and lazy. Have no idea if they are capable of completing an order because they wait until after you arrive to tell you they are "too busy" to fulfill your order which was placed during off-peak hours.

I arrived tonight for an online order. When I got there I was told they couldn't make my order because they were out of bread. As I was walking out I heard someone ask "are you really out of bread?" And the subway worker replied "no but I ain't making no more orders". I am currently sitting right outside of Subway watching as she makes an order for someone else. Makes no sense.

There were no customers at 5pm which seemed odd but thought it was my lucky day. 2 workers were sitting at a table and asked if I was getting a sub and I said yes. One of the girls walked behind the counter and I ordered a foot long steak and cheese. She told me it would be about 30 minutes for the meat to thaw. So I left and realized why there were no customers.

The app availability does not reflect the shop. Multiple times I've ordered via the app and arrived to no customers waiting and my order unmade only to be informed that multiple sub items were unavailable. Most recently I ordered 2 subs for my wife and I, I arrived after the app said they were ready. Only to find the Subway was closed, my order paid and unmade, per the Circle K employee the Subway employee had been gone for hours. Usually the app is intuitive enough to direct to an alternative location. I'll never order from this location again.
