It was ok, what you expect from fast food. Better than other taco Bell locations but it really depends on the day/time you go at most TBs. Prices are ridiculous at TB now, I almost never go because of it. They also upcharge for chicken and I have a beef allergy.

Every time I come here for the past year they deliberately don't give me sauce. For that reason and the food sucks they ain't worth 1 star. They should close the doors if they can't afford sauce.

I think it would have been faster to buy a chick, let it grow up, and make it by scratch myself. I’ve also watched them mess us the last 3 orders in a row. It’s impressively bad. It takes effort to mess literally everything up.

Did they mess up my food? I probably won’t know for another few hours.

I’m about an hour in. I finally got to talk to someone. Apparently the genius in the kitchen was just ignoring all of the mobile orders.

Waited over an hour inside the restaurant for an online order. 3 staff members and a line wrapped around the entire building. Spoke to a girl behind the counter when I first walked in who was playing on her phone. Told her what I was here for and she never put it in. Then she had to get an Uber when she got off of that narrows it down.

This has hugely improved over how this place was last year. I swore I would never come back my last experience with awful food and a cashier that was so high he could not take the order.
My only complaint this time would be that the tacos were a little slight in the beef filling. They were otherwise made well this time and not broken. The dining area was clean. I will come back. The current management should be proud to make this improvement.

Absolutely horrible service, The manager in charge was horrible, she made my experience bad, I’ve worked at Taco Bell for almost 7 years. I know darn well we can’t have no attitudes with customers. Rushed me to order, I asked for a moment, 1 minute later she asked what can I get you, and I asked for a moment, when I told her I was ready, she asked if there was anything she can help me with, I said no I’m ready. Then Got all pissy and mean because I sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes because I placed an order on the app, we couldn’t read the menu so we said screw it and ordered on the app. I don’t see a problem there, it’s the same thing sitting there to just order at the speaker. Food was cold and just thrown in my bag. My chips was every where in the bag, only 6-7 chips in it. All the food wasn’t wrapped properly. All my food was everywhere's in the bag. The only thing that worth eating was the little chips I got, and our drinks. Very sad. ALSO came yesterday night 20 minutes BEFORE closing and they mentioned they couldn’t make any grilled items because they were cleaning the grills, aren’t you supposed to clean them when y’all “close” not 20 minutes before closing? Because ah that’s how I remember working for Taco Bell, and I’ve cleaned the grills. I have worked 3 locations for Taco Bell at ONCE. I know how to treat customers, I know Taco Bell service or any customer service is supposed to be. That is as very unacceptable!!! Very disappointing!! I give the food was all correct, but it there than that, all my food cold and thrown in the bag and barely in the wrappers, I didn’t want to complain and have it fixed, the manager was already pissy and having an unacceptable attitude, so I didn’t say anything at the window, I just left. Letting people know so they stay away from this location. I even told my other Taco Bell people, the gm’s and they even said it’s very unacceptable and disappointed as well. I hope that lady has a better day and get her attitude back in check, and this store gets better! 😬

The nuggets are my favorite item on the menu and I knew something was up When I was told it would take 10 minutes for them to be done. I've worked fast food before and I know for certain that, unless the temperatures at a low setting, it does not take 10 minutes. To my utmost surprise, they in fact did and were SUPER dry and didn't even taste good, even with sauce. I had these yesterday at the airport rd location, cooked fresh, and were vastly superior.

From this point on I'm leaving a mark at any Taco Bell I go to and buy nuggets on whether or not they know how to actually cook these things properly. This CANNOT keep happening
