If I could I'd give this company a zero I walk into this store wanted to place an order they told me to do it on the kiosk after I stood there for 5 minutes. If you going to make people do a kiosk order then please put a sign up and let us know that you're not taking orders at the counter. I will never go back to that store ever

They gave us the wrong order 2 different times then when we got the food we ordered it was wrong. Management is terrible and some of the workers have a bad attitude. I want be back.
Stood at the counter 10 minutes to place an order. The Pink haired person that looked like in charge told me that if I didn’t like it cause they was all to busy take my order I could leave. Never again, I hope this store fails!

Many of the ones reviewing this Taco Bell don’t seem to have much empathy, or probably even know what’s it’s like to work in fast food. It’s not easy at all! You deal with a lot of attitude, all while having to serve people quickly. My experience at this location has always been good! I recommend going in the daytime before dinner. Service can be a little slower at night. This is one of the best locations I’ve been to anywhere.

Lazy employees trying to close up shop 20 minutes before they close. I was behind 2 other vehicles in the drive thru and we sat there for a little over 5 minutes with no one coming over the intercom until after we called on our cellphone. Then they start taking orders magically and being extremely rude.

There hours are more like recommendations. Inside is gross. They close and open when they feel. Go to mcds and get good service. No breakfast
They expect DoorDash drivers to prepare customer drinks? Uh, no Taco Bell. You should not expect us to do your job for free. Slave labor is illegal. Read your contract, you provide the driver with a completed order. The driver delivers it. Just plain rude.
If you go here plan on a long wait. We went in and were told it would be a 30 minute wait to order because the only person working had to make 8 tacos. Wow! They need new management. I'll drive to highway 72 next time.

Garbage service. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes waiting on a online order. Line never moved. Went around and parked. Lady in white van (taco bell employee) was blazing it up in the parking lot. Whole parking lot smelled like weed! Spent 10 mins standing there being ignored before the lady in drive thru asked if I needed anything. Said I was there for online order. Proceeded to stand there for another 20 mins waiting on food. Employee smoking weed in parking lot came back in and went back to work smelling horrible! Finally asked where food was and nobody had a clue! This place is a joke!

It took an inordinate amount of time to get a simple order. Everyone waiting in the restaurant seemed to be a little irritated with the wait time.
