Went here late at night to grab some tacos. They weren't great but they were better than some Taco Bell I've had in the past 10 years. I made a mistake of getting a Doritos loco taco and it was ridiculously soggy and I didn't have a long drive.

There was woman working here with redish purple hair cursing out loud storming around and even being rude to customers. I feel sorry for anyone who is forced to work in such a toxic and negative work environment she needs to be removed or retrained it was completely ridiculous

Food was freezing cold , and was not made to order . I was charged extra and when I called a “manager” told us to come in and they would replace our order. We get up there and then they tell us they can not remake our order because it was $50 dollars. SMH . Very disappointing.

Every time I come here, without fail, they are so slow even though there's only 2 cars in the drive through. I usually avoid this location, however, today I stopped by. Same problem. One time I went inside to order and the employees tell me to order online. They won't take my order at the register. The customer service is horrible.

Ordered 2 soft tacos today in drive-thru. First one was fine. Opened up second one to put fire sauce on and pulled a long hair out of the center of it. So much for lunch! Won’t be stopping by this particular one again. It’s problematic enough just try to get an order placed in a timely manner, now hair in the food! Not cool!!!

Went at 10:43 am. Place was obviously supposed to be open....Went through drive thru, sat for a few minutes, NOTHING. Tell me why the doors were NOT locked to the lobby, and how I watched the employee lock the door?? LAZY. Watched TWO employees stand at the door waiting for us to leave....then they take stuff to their car AFTER we left the parking lot. Really cute, great service :)
