Every time I come here, without fail, they are so slow even though there's only 2 cars in the drive through. I usually avoid this location, however, today I stopped by. Same problem. One time I went inside to order and the employees tell me to order online. They won't take my order at the register. The customer service is horrible.
Hampton Cove is the worst one! Don't bother wasting your time or money walking in. They are rude, food sucks, if they can get your food out the door correctly! They put notes on the cash register to use the self check out that you can't pay cash on. They are not at fault for problems, but have no solution to fix them. This place was dirty. The condiment table was sticky. The floor dirty and the Diet Pepsi watery the garbage cans were running over. The windows were dirty. One worker was right outside the door just hanging and looking at her phone. We were disappointed. The food was not what we expected. We had a burrito with meat and beans but there was very little mèat. I will not go back!!!
