Ordered take out and was told 10-15 minutes to pick up, an hour later the food was finally ready. On top of that the staff was nowhere to be found when I arrived to pick up and when they did show up they were rude and not very helpful. The service has never been great but slow and rude is too much. This will be the LAST time I waste my money at Tailgaters!
I normally love this place but was soooo disappointed when we paid $30 for wings the size of my pinky. Barely any meat on them at all and slimy at that. This place normally has the best wings! But I am not going to come back if this is the new way of doing things.
I really wish I could give this a negative rating. The service was terrible, the food was terrible and the bartender and waitresses were all condescending and rude. I called with an order for pick up. I drove 7 minutes there to pick up and 7 minutes home to find out the order wasn’t right. I drove back notified the waitress and she took the container back to the cook and they supposedly gave me the correct food.
