Service was great, but everytime I have been there latly and request my burger to be medium rare it comes out fully cooked, and just the other day when I requested extra ingedients on my burger the extra ingredients was missing. I will still continue to eat there but I just wish my order would come out right. The waitress staff are always great friendly and respectful of others

Took my wife’s recommendation for dinner tonight and boy was she right! This place’s food was absolutely delicious! Also the gentleman who took my order over the phone, Chaz was his name. He was super polite and respectful. Will definitely be back for more. This is how you earn peoples business. Nice and courteous. Because let’s face it. Eating out is now a luxury.. hopefully this review will bring others to try a new place to eat at.

Good place to come out with friends for casual eating. I enjoyed my hot honey fried chicken sandwich and I like their fries. Ranch is good. The boys ordered bone-in wings and we expected a lot more for the price. The picture doesn’t do it justice how small they actually are. They paid $18 for 6 teeny tiny wings. Some of them were the size of a chick-fil-a nugget. We would come back but we would order different things.

Ordered take out and was told 10-15 minutes to pick up, an hour later the food was finally ready. On top of that the staff was nowhere to be found when I arrived to pick up and when they did show up they were rude and not very helpful. The service has never been great but slow and rude is too much. This will be the LAST time I waste my money at Tailgaters!

Given this place several chances but we are officially done. The service is painfully slow. My food was good, I had the boneless wings-hot. But my husband’s has extra hot bone in wings and they had this weird sweet/hot nasty dark brown sauce. My husband asked if this was the right sauce and the waitress said that’s what their extra hot sauce looked like. It would have been nice to offer him something else since it was not represented correctly on the menu but she proceeded to argue with him saying that what he ordered. The dressing for the wings was ranch when we had asked for blue cheese. Last time we went I asked for a knife and they told me they didn’t have any at the moment?? What? Also, I was not given a fork to eat my boneless wings. Why so stingy with the utensils? So, unfortunately we are done with this place. We didn’t come for like a year and decided last night to try it again but we should have not wasted our money.

Came here for first time because it looked like a good spot. First off, the atmosphere was very cold, everyone was almost rude. Not pleasant, not smiling and just staring you down. Second, the table was so sticky and dirty. Figure out a way to clean them; people’s arms and hands should not stick to the table surface. Third, the food looked good, but tasted bad. Also for two people, $48 + tip was not worth it. It was a waste of our time and money. We will not be back, it was such a disappointment.

Brought the crew here for a lunch that was just right to be able to continue the route in this humidity of our summers. Our waitress Baili was phenomenal and we will be reoccurring customers for whenever we are in this area for a lunch break!

The food was great and service was fast and good. The problem is the tables were so dirty that your hand and arm stuck to them. You could take your finger nail and scrape up the goop that was stuck to the table top. It was gross!! I suggest you clean them and put an appoxy on them so you can have clean tables and it makes wanting to eat there more pleasant.
