I get takeout food from this restaurant about once a week. I lived in New Mexico for many years & really enjoyed the food & cultural experience from a variety of small, family-owned Mexican food restaurants. El Cazador provides the same great food experience that I found in NM.
Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! I'd like to personally thank the workers there for making all my taco dreams become a taco reality.
Their authentic food is spot on but their prices, service, and noticeable lack of interest in sharing an authentic eating experience makes me say they need work with crossing the communication barriers the staff have to interact with the customer base they serve.
