Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! I'd like to personally thank the workers there for making all my taco dreams become a taco reality.

We ordered Enchiladas Rancheros and Quesabirria.
The is a pretty cool mexican pit stop. It's outdoors and the restaurant is a food truck inside of a structure. There is just 2 tables outside and seating. This is a popular eatery and I can see why!
Service is straight forward. Order at the window, receive a pager, and wait. You don't need to know spanish, if anyone was wondering.
Atmosphere: As food trucks go, it's good.
Food: the Enchiladas Rancheros were delicious! The refried beans...were not very good. Rice was basic.
The Quesabirria was good but bland. Idk if they are tailoring to the tastes of the residents, but spice is lacking. It was saved by their packaged hot sauce, which saved the day with its spicey level and smokey aroma.
Authentic Mexican food served and prepared by Authentic Mexican staff. I wouldn't have it any other way. Always very good.

The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is because of the atmosphere.... Where they are located is in a sketchy area of town ... Other than that 4 out of 5 ain't too bad for them.
