Tee's Place Restaurant & Entertainment

Great place to get Southern comfort food. The catfish was delicious, cornbread was so yummy as were the collard greens and mac and cheese.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My personal experience with Tee's place was beyond horrible. I placed my order online and paid for it immediately. That was my mistake. A order that was quoted to take only 21 minutes took an hour and a half to be prepared. Additionally, once I recieved my order it was deliberately wrong! If they didn't have what I ordered they could have had the integrity and gaul to tell me. Instead they chose to waste my time, and risk my health by serving me food that if I had ingested could have caused me or my spouse serious illness.
Once I attempted to return the items I was told no refunds, and just to come back another day to have what I ordered properly made. As a result I ended up having to travel to another restaurant having to spend more money and time. This was incredibly inconvenient, insensitive, incompetent, and inconsiderate of my time, my resources, my patronage and my patience. Therefore I would not recommend nor support this business again.

I was visiting for a conference, decided to look up some soul food. This location came up. I ordered 4 whole wings, added honey gold, and some sides. My spouse had the dressing, greens, and Mac. When I got to my hotel and bit into one wing, it smelled like fish. Obviously, the chicken was spoiled. My spouse greens were not seasoned, the dressing was like stovetop, and the Mac and cheese had no soul. I called back today to let them know about the chicken and that I kept it for proof. Some narcissistic man, perhaps the owner, proceeded to tell me they don’t do refunds or take anything back. Not that I wanted him to take it back, but I kept it as proof because we spent about $50 or a little more and after an all day convention, my dinner was ruined. The way he acted it, seemed like it wasn’t the first time he has served spoiled food or had a complaint. The Health Department should have them on the top of the list. The whole scene was questionable.

I saw a YouTuber visit this restaurant in Huntsville, AL. These YouTubers rate foods inside restaurants and I followed based on their review. Firstly, I will say that I loved that there wasn’t a lot of salt on the food because my babies were also eating not to mention my pregnancy and I need to watch my sodium intake. We tried out quite a few items on the menu, we tried out a bunch of sides, and we tried out the desert of the day. I am definitely coming back! Hands down better than Cracker Barrel. We have spent $100.00 at Cracker Barrel, didn’t buy desert, and still left hungry (with no food to take home). We spent the same exact amount of money at Tee’s Place expect at this restaurant everyone had desert, we left full and brought home two pints of food. I absolutely loved coming here, the food is amazing and delicious.

This is a hidden gem! The food, the service, and owner are all wonderful. The fried pork sandwich is hands down the best in town. I will be back soon for the jerk chicken soon.

I love a good pork chop and le me tell you it was good and so was the cabbage and okra. The $3 happy hour was good to from 5-7. Jax was an excellent server and bartender.

I was overcharged for everything that was on the menu if it said $10 I was charged $15 because I want lettuce and tomatoes. Add it to my nachos 60+ dollars for two people nachos and one additional plate not worth it.

This was our first time visiting. The hotel that we were staying at, the Embassy, recommended this place, and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great! Very entertaining, with good music and good food. Steve showed us to our table, and Jazz was our server, and she was beyond amazing, engaging, energetic, and knowledgeable!

Our group is from Auburn, Al. We went i. A recommendation and I'm glad we did. Atmosphere was good, food was better, but the service was amazing!! Jazz was our server and she was perfect! Attentive, full of personality, fun , engaging and all about our shenanigans! Thank you Jazz!
