“I wanted to share my most recent experience with ordering and picking up Moe’s on Airport Road. While my app experience wasn’t altogether great (that’s corporate’s fault), the actual pickup and food were fantastic. In recent years, I had felt like this location was on a downward slump. The restaurant often felt just a bit unclean and the food wasn’t as good as I used to feel Moe’s was. However, my visit on Saturday changed my perspective. The restaurant was quite clean and the service was prompt. I ordered on the app, and my food was ready prior to the estimated pickup time. The food was delicious and they gave us what I’d consider good portions. I’m unsure if there’s been new management or just a change in approach, but the team working Saturday evening 1/11 deserves praise! Yes, the prices are a bit much, but I can’t put that on this location or the staff. I’ll probably visit a bit more now that I’ve seen this improvement.“
