This is my 4th time so far driving to Huntsville Alabama to go to the Cheesecake Factory Since they close the Memphis Cheesecake Factory. I drive 4 hours and 30 minutes to eat here because the food is always delicious and the cheesecake are delicious. I always get the Linda fudge cake, coconut cream pie and the pineapple upside down cake and I got a new one chocolate Tower truffle cake so delicious. This place is worth the drive . After a brief 5-minute wait, we were seated in a very comfortable booth, at our request and Lexi served us. She was excellent, attentive and a true pro! Both of us tried the new teriyaki salmon bowl and we were not disappointed! The flavor combinations are 😘 and the quantity larger than expected, for a bowl. This is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant. Normally the food is excellent along with the service. But tonight they dropped the ball. Not going to go into detail about it, because we love this place, and we plan on going back. Just disappointed that’s all
