Placed an order for 3 flatbreads and 2 smoothies through their app. When I arrived to pick up, they said the person who makes flatbreads didn’t come in and that I could wait an hour to get the flatbreads. I asked for a refund and the employee said he didn’t know how to do that. I asked for a manager and he said he wasn’t working today either. They will take your money and not provide your order.
You go at lunch and there is 1 car in line. Sit and wait for 20 minutes. I finally left. No one wants to waste their time sitting there. They need more employees or better ones.
