Krystal is a restaurant that offers a satisfying dining experience. The reviews emphasize the freshness and quality of their Krystal burgers and fries, which are described as hot, tasty, and well-prepared. The staff is noted for being helpful, friendly, and fast, making it a convenient option for those seeking a quick meal. However, some customers have mentioned that the service can be slow at times, with delays in getting orders out.
Despite the friendly staff, there are concerns about the cleanliness inside the restaurant and the condition of the parking lot. Some diners have reported unpleasant odors and issues with the restroom facilities, indicating that the restaurant may need some updates. The location has been around for over 45 years, and while it has been a frequent stop for many, it could benefit from a facelift to improve the overall dining environment.
