The cook is supposed to wear gloves but this store doesn't seem to have to follow guidelines. And when asked about this matter and to redo the order the manager himself got irate. He stated that my order was fresh and made with clean hands. But what about when the cook has to touch something else?? Not a very place to go to. One last thing they won't let you dine in because they have no heat. The food was good. The service was below average. Was told to pull around and they would bring me the rest of my order. After more than 20 minutes I got out of my car and went inside myself. Also there was a lot of trash on the ground under the pickup window. And the parking lot road needed a lot of repair.

Normally I'm the the one to leave good reviews, don't really enjoy leaving negative feed back. But here we good. After visiting the krystals on Whitesburg, huntsville alabama three separate times. Same results each visit... 9:30ish pm when the sign says open till midnight. Not once has the doors been unlocked during day or night. Even tho the store/lobby hours are posted on the door. 2 separate occasions the man thru the drive thru has denied taking my order only to be given "we are taking any orders for the rest of the night" response. As 4 employees are laughing and eating krystals food and watching TV in the lobby with the doors locked.... what is seriously going on at this location... do people really get paid to come to work, lock doors, and eat the company's products???? I'm so confused.

Shouldn't be any stars given. On 12/7/23 I placed my order at 8:50 pm. There was 4 employees working. No one in drive thru as I entered. And only 1 vehicle that was waiting on their food. I was told there would be a 10 minute wait. I was good with a 10 minute wait for fresh Krystals. Right?! 10 minutes turned into 30. I asked what the hold up was. I got we just put yours on the grill. So I assumed I'd have my dinner within 10 minutes again. At the hour mark of waiting, I'm really hungry and seriously wanting my food. I got told then a couple worker was just handing out the wrong food to everyone and by this time I'm well into an hour of waiting and was supposedly the next up for my food. There where 6/8 orders sent out I was the last to be served. After an hour I'm unconcerned with anything. Had 2 different employees lie about numbers of employees. You can't run a successful store on lies.

I haven't had Krystals in probably 15 years, as I'm the only one in the house who'd even had it before. The fries were hot and held their temperature a lot longer than the ones froM that other McPlace. Everything was really good, and it may have changed the minds of those who weren't familiar with it before and we may be back soon!
