Hildegard’s has always been one of our favorite German restaurants, however after the recent visit 12-19-23 we will not be returning. We were quoted a 30 minute wait time at 6:18, understandable they are busy! We were finally seated at 7:15 after watching multiple people who arrived behind us be seated before us, again we were understanding and being patient. Huntsville has some great hidden gems and one of those is Hildegard's German Cuisine downtown. This little hole in the wall will blow you away with their rich & authentic flavors made fresh. You can literally hear them pounding out the Schnitzel as you enjoy the orange rolls (you need these in your life).
